Ok, for the past 12 weeks I’ve been using the Venus Factor program to try and lose weight.
It’s been an interesting experience so I thought I’d write this post to share my review and results.

So this is the main product. It’s a 180-page ebook but round 80 pages are meal plans to follow. It took me a couple of hours to read through.
In this book you will learn the whole Venus Factor system and why women need to eat differently to men.
It basically explains a new way of eating for women to burn fat and gives you an exact schedule to follow.
There’s a lot of information in here and I had to read the entire book twice just to make sure everything sank in.
But it’s all pretty easy to follow even if you’re a bit slow sometimes
The Venus Factor guide opened my eyes to a better way of eating like a woman and how I can eat to lose weight but also stay healthy.
It tells you all the right foods to eat to burn fat and lose weight with meal plans included.
This is a 12 workout plan that goes along with the diet plan. As you probably already know, if you want to lose weight then you need to exercise.
As someone who hasn’t exercised since I was at school, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do the Venus Factor workouts just because I was so unfit but I was wrong.
Even I was able to follow the workouts. I struggled at first but gradually over the weeks and months as I lost weight and got in better shape the workouts became easier.
The workouts usually last me around 25 minutes.
They mainly focus on resistance exercises such as push-ups and squats and exercises where you use your own body weight as resistance.
This is because resistance workouts are much more effective at burning fat.
You can actually burn twice as many calories in a resistance workout than you would with a cardio workout such as running on the treadmill.
The Venus Factor program will have you doing lots of different exercises to burn fat.
Some of them you probably won't have heard of before but don’t worry because you can click on any of the exercises and it takes you to a video that shows you how to do it step by step.
This is really well thought out and I just like that they took the time to create over 136 videos.
They’re only a minute or two each and they’re really good at showing you how to do the exercise.
Exercise is really important and I think the Venus Factor workout program is top notch.
The workouts are challenging and will leave you in a good sweat but not so grueling that it leaves you feeling like a zombie for the rest of the day.
When you combine the workouts with the eating plan you’ll be amazed at how fast you start to lose weight and you’ll notice big changes in your appearance.
The Venus Factor comes with a handy little nutrition calculator.
You enter in your height, age and weight, and some basic measurements and it tells you exactly how many calories you should consume to lose weight.
Losing weight is all about burning off more calories than you consume. When you do this your body needs energy and the first place it goes it to your fat stores.
So it’s really important to make sure that you’re eating the right amount of calories so that you burn as much fat as possible.
So make sure that you use the nutrition calculator as it’s really important for your success!
I think the private forum is one of the best things about the Venus Factor because it’s very active and the introductions section alone has over 59,000 posts.
Right now there are over 600,000 members and there always seem to be lots of people online to answer questions.
So if you ever get stuck with something or need advice it’s pretty cool that there are thousands of other women who have gone through the Venus Factor and are there to help you.
One of the first things I noticed when I bought the Venus Factor and looked through the forum is that there are many women on there having success and losing weight which encouraged me to do the same.
It was good to see that there were people having success with the product.

The last 10 pounds thread has over 394 posts in it from women on their way to losing the last few pounds. There are some really helpful tips in there.
